Wedding Shoes
The first thing to remember is that the wedding day is anything but relaxing, at least for the bride and groom. You will be standing on your feet for the better part of the day, so unless you want to suffer on your wedding day, your shoes have to be comfortable. A ballet flat or a low sandal might prove to be the ideal choice. Remember that you will be standing, you will be walking, you will be dancing, you will have to be nice to every person in the room and you should ideally have a good time with your new spouse and with all your loved ones. Now that would prove difficult to do when you are struggling to stand. And wouldn't that be a shame?

Also, do remember to adapt your wedding shoes to the location. Wearing silk ballet flat in grass or wet ground might prove to be an uninspired choice and you would not want to feel uncomfortable on you wedding day.

We've probably all been in the position to wear a stained piece of clothing, even if for the shortest time, until we've had the opportunity to change and we probably all remember to the day how embarrassing that was. Now imagine the wedding day and imagine how the slightest little stain on your dress or shoes would make you feel and keep that in mind when you choose!

And just as important as the previous facts, don't forget to match your shoes to your dress. Don't buy the shoes just because you like them.

Remember to match the fabrics and remember to consider whether the dress has any particular embellishments, like pearls or beads of any kind. Fabrics or embellishments that do not match might make you overall appearance inappropriate.

But whatever you do don't let anyone choose for you! It is your special day and your overall appearance has to have your touch. Be appropriate to the occasion, but give it that personal touch that will always make you believe that you were the perfect bride. Keep all this in mind and you will make the perfect choices.
