I like checklist, they are very helpful, they can make planning easier for everybody, but I hate it that you give here precise moments when things should be doe. I understand why, because there are vendors and other people involved in the whole process, but it feels to me a too much pain in the ass to do things like that. I feel it would be nicer and more natural if things would be planned n no more than a few month, a couple of months in fact, and this checklist would be filed with things done in a matter of days. don’t get me wrong.
