Vegas Wedding

Vegas is a festival of light and color, a city where everyone can be a king or a queen for a few hours and where fun and good mood are always there. We think about Las Vegas as the place where the number of dices thrown on the tables every minute competes with the number of weddings which take place there. Each year over 120,000 Las Vegas weddings are officiated. And if you think that only Americans come here to get married, well you are wrong. Couples from across Europe and Asia travel even thousands of miles to have a wedding as they saw in movies or at celebrities, and most opt to spend in Las Vegas their honeymoon also.

If you decide to have your wedding in Vegas you will get married in a unique location and you can stay there also for the honeymoon. Of course not all couples choose to hold their wedding in Las Vegas, the main impediment being the distance, transport and high costs for accommodation there. But if you prefer to go on your own and you do not want a traditional wedding with hundreds of guests, of whom more than half are friends of parents, Las Vegas is the perfect destination. You should not worry about anything because in Las Vegas absolutely anyone can get married, whether you live or you are a resident in the United States or you just came in Vegas for the wedding. A Las Vegas wedding plus honeymoon cost you less than a traditional wedding and a two weeks honeymoon.

Many celebrities got married in Vegas over the years. A wedding in Las Vegas can be seen by many as something that is not going to last, because the imagine celebrities created about Vegas weddings is not full with commitment and love, it is actually seen more like a game and braking rules because anything can happen in Las Vegas. Many movies about Las Vegas wild fun have also contributed to this negative imagine of a Vegas wedding.

However, if you are a nonconformist and if you like getting out of the ordinary, having your wedding ceremony in a chapel in Las Vegas is not a bad idea. You should also know that the wedding can be planned the way you want it to be. It can be a small ceremony with only two witnesses, but it can also be a big wedding with all your family there. However, in movies Vegas weddings are always something unplanned that people do when they are too drunk to realize where they are doing and they think that no matter what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Anyway, this is not the case of a wedding.

just because they are something unplanned i like the idea of a vegas wedding. i struggled so much to make my parents understand why i don’t want a traditional wedding and i was so happy to see that we share the same point of view regarding weddings – me and my fiance, of course. so i will do it and i will do it just because it is unplanned, so natural, so romantic and so fast and so just the main thing to do: the wedding ceremony in the presence of God and then the honeymoon directly. That’s just perfect.
