Non Traditional Wedding Invitation Wording

Generally specking, a wedding is a mixture of traditions and old beliefs. So that non traditional elements are hard to find, as most of the grooms are influenced usually pby parents to respect the tradition.

The same thing applies for the wedding invitations too. It is annoying to try to avoid common items. Consequently, if your research regarding non traditional wedding cards that you have to recur to your inside patience and optimism. In other words, use your creativity and compose yourself the non traditional wedding invitation wording.

First of all decide about the style. Of course, your invitation must compel with your wedding theme. One category is the simple one. Simple, no juicy text and elegant. It sounds something like this: “We invite you to be part of the moment of our unification.”

Another option is to use funny style, such as: “They could swear this was not going to happen, but finally they decided to get married: M&I.” or “A man meets a woman..if you want to know what is going to happen next join us.”

Going further, romantic style can also be your option: “We have enjoyed love from our parents and friends, now it is time to enjoy the love we have one for another. With a sincere and steady desire to express our love we are getting married. We invite you to take part of this moment.” or “When love speaks gods voices seem to sleep in heaven`s harmony. In x date we will make our life commitment.”

In case nothing is on your taste you can include to your non traditional wedding invitation wording a motto, a phrase, a quote that suggests your feelings and your mood. it may be something from a movie, a poem or just a moment of inspiration that leads you to an original statement regarding wedding.

As a traditional invitation includes parents name, godparents name and a pompous text a non traditional one tries to exclude them on the basis of simple is more elegant. For example: “The eternal summer of love will not fade…Please join us as we begin our new life.” Consequently, you must fill in with something else. It may be a picture, it may be your initials, it also may be a smaller invitation. No matter what remember that your wedding invitations are your label and they remain as a remembrance of this event.

As a conclusion, it is all about love. As you have to write your vows so you can proceed for your wedding invitations too: use either quotes, either compose something. And as this is one of the most requested motto I will end up with it: “Eight letters, two words…one meaning(I love you).”

I really got tired of all these traditional invitations. The only special invitations I’ve seen so far come in their format. The way they open and so on. The pictures or frames chosen by the grooms. As for the text is concerned, I think my friends and relatives have really nothing to do with imagination. I want my invitations to be unique. So I try to find that unique type of invitation that I could make my own. I liked the idea of a sentence that talks about the beginning but the end has to be seen. So I thought that maybe making the invitation sound like the beginning of a fairy tale would be great, since my wedding is going to be a fairy tale. Thanks for the ideas, very nice ones.
