Las Vegas Wedding Day and Wedding Confirmation

There are eight important rules to follow so that your wedding in Las Vegas will turn into a marvelous one, and you will ne kept away from unwanted surprises. To make sure everything runs smoothly on their wedding day, some very few couples get involved themselves with some of these rules that are meant to ensure a perfect wedding day. Of course, you don’t want to be part of those unhappy couples in their wedding day, so these are the few advices to take into consideration before the wedding takes place:

You must read the Wedding Confirmation carefully. The Wedding Confirmation is the one that tells you whether your reservations are all done and accepted. Reading the Wedding Confirmation carefully is a necessary detail that needs to e done in order to see if you agree and understand all the details specified.

You have to reconfirm the wedding date and the chapel reserved. In order to do that, you might have to talk with your wedding provider or directly contact the chapel where the wedding ceremony will be held. All of these calls will be done a week before everything takes place, and it will also be useful in case you need to make any adjustments in the wedding program.

In the wedding day, or when you arrive in Las Vegas make sure you have all paperwork with you, which will include a copy of your Wedding Confirmation. These papers will offer you very important information about the contact details and other instructions.

You also need to give your contact details from the place you will be staying in Las Vegas (room number, telephone number, hotel name, street), so that the chapel or wedding provider can reach you any time to tell you any other information about the wedding. You will also need to call the chapel yourself once you arrived in Las Vegas, and confirm the limousine reservation if you arranged this transportation with them.

Be sure all your guests know exactly where the chapel is, and at what hour they should arrive for the wedding ceremony. Also, make sure you arrive there in time and you don’t miss the wedding.

Make sure all the guests (usually family members) that are supposed to arrive at the church with your limousine arrive at the appointed place in time. Usually the brides and grooms that are late for the ceremony are being held by the family members who are also late.

The wedding license must not be forgotten at home or in some other place before you arrive at the chapel. Make sure all the documents are with you when you present yourselves at the church. The rings are another very important detail that must not be forgotten at home, because without them the ceremony might not take place anyhow.

In case you need to pay for a balance due for the wedding package and you need to pay it the day you get married in the chapel, you have to be sure that the credit card is with you, or that the cash is in your wallet.

Good thing I have a very old fashioned but still working system for all this kind of stuff. I have lists on sheets of paper on which I write everything I remember, wen I remember. I always wear paper and pen on me, wherever I would go. And whenever I solved something, I would cross that something. Actually, I tick it, so that can understand my scribbling when I have to double check. I sometimes have cell phone alarms with different things, still I find the pen and paper solution more viable. And now, I have lists of everything on different colored papers, so that it would be easier to find the list I need. And tonight I need to go and write down confirmation on my Chapel list, as I didn’t think it was that important. Thanks for the advice.
