I know she is in love with the Irish music, dance and legends. I remember when I was in Ireland a few years ago I had to come back with a legend. Now I want to surprise her and make an Irish toast. I tried to find some that would fit her personality as well. She is a little bit of a romantic but still a funny person and I want the toast to have these features as well. But I want something not very long, nor too short. maybe something like you have here, the one that refers to all those Irish symbols of luck and happiness. I think that would be the best.
