One of the most used father daughter wedding songs is Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle. This song is chosen by many brides, but by dads also because of the great message. It is also easy to dance on and that is what everybody wants. But what can be better than a traditional Frank Sinatra song? The way you look tonight by Frank Sinatra will surly be a success if you decide to use it at your wedding. Another great performance is Amy Grant’s with the song My Father’s Eyes. This is sweet song that will be loved by everybody.

The father daughter dance is one of the most romantic and sentimental moments at the wedding. I’ve seen so many and I’ve heard some of the songs here so many times. But I feel that the song should really match the feelings the two share and also the moments they’ve shared together. I am quite close to my father and we love each other a lot, but all the moments we treasure are those in which we laugh a lot. And we share the same jokes and the same kind of humor. So I wonder whether it is alright to change this moment from a sentimental to a funnier one. I’d go for a playful song, since the theme of the wedding is also something playful. Is that right?
