2. If repairing your cheap wedding dress isn't a problem then you can check out also thrift shops. Here they accept any kind of items, but you may be lucky and you may find an amazing cheap wedding dress.
3. Be careful with the salesmen. If the second hand shop doesn't have a return policy than you should have a paper written by the salesman that you have the right to bring back the cheap wedding dress if you change you mind. Don't be shy to talk your rights up.

Reading this article I was thinking of finding indeed some good and NEW tips about cheap wedding gowns, but as I went on reading I realized that most of the ideas weren’t new at all. As it is for instance, the concept of products on sale, this is not new, thank you very much for mentioning it, but unfortunately in my local bridal stores, this ‘on sale’ items are not to be found, not monthly, not semester-ally, not even yearly! So, this tip for me falls right from its start. I must keep on reading, maybe who knows, a bit of enlightenment will be delivered further on?!
The second-hand option is far from being minded. I am against everything that has been worn before, as much as these stores boast with their excellent preservation and cleaning. A fabric is still a fabric, and it is its ‘duty’ to absorb perspiration which in other’s opinion it can be easily and safely removed through washing and dry cleaning, too. But in my opinion, this doesn’t work and as much as a wedding gown is worn, hopefully, once in a life time, I still prefer not to choose a second hand one. Well, let’s see what is there next? Ah, ok, the consignment regime of selling, meaning the same old song, only played in other tune. But I try not to be negativist: what happens if a future bride falls for a dress sold in this consignment store or one of the second hand and the sizes do not match; is it true that she would be forced to call for the services of a professional seamstress? And is this true that she still has to pay extra money for these alterations? Then, my obvious question would be: where is the money saving in this case?
