A romantic wedding at the Candlelight Chapel in Las Vegas
Romanticism…seems so overrated nowadays. It’s being replaced by gadgets and fast cars, by luxurious presents and a rather superficial attitude. Well, this is not the case for everybody but it is said more and more that romanticism is going through some kind of metamorphosis. As with any other topic, some claim that this is a positive thing while others claim that changes are not really that necessary in this situation.
What about romantic weddings? What about those simple and beautiful ceremonies when the vows were the flowers decorating the chapel? Of course, they are still there: the flowers, the feelings and the simplicity. It’s just that…we sometimes loose track of the fact that to match colors is not essential. We are so preoccupied with the dots and the commas of the phrase that we forget the subject. Maybe this is why the wedding industry has expanded so much: because people are more and more concerned with looks rather than essence. Some might disagree and it is actually a good thing: the world is made of contradictions. There should be at least one when we talk about weddings as well.

Now…what if you could have the simplicity of a romantic wedding with the benefits of a modern wedding industry? This could actually be the only option in between these two extremes. The first clue is Las Vegas. Some of you might argue with the fact that this is the place to be romantic and old fashioned in the same time. With all the casinos and with all the noise of the city it is hard to believe that there is a quite place with suave music and soft candlelight. As strange as it may seem, Las Vegas actually has everything you could wish for. This is for you to discover while visiting its streets.
Vendors will try to help you with all the details you need and want. They also assure you that romanticism has been stabbed by casinos and that it still is an important part of this city.

I have ever dreamed of having my wedding done in Las Vegas, but I got scared. I began hearing all sorts of rumors about weddings there and at some point I gave up my dream. Until recently when I went for a short trip there and I looked around more carefully. I found the city quite eclectic. There are so many trends there. From quiet places to noisy ones. I also looked around for wedding chapels and I came across this one as well. I didn’t have time to go inside, but the surroundings were nice and the place seemed remote. There was a wedding at the time I arrived there and the bride and groom were just stepping out. They were very happy and looked such a romantic couple. My dream came to life again.
